Exchange Policy

At VSFOREVER Home, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Notes

  • We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
  • Returns and refunds are not offered.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange is available only for the same product (size exchange only) and not for a different product.
  • All festive-season sale orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

How to Request an Exchange

Requesting an exchange is simple with our home pick-up service:

  • Start your exchange request through our Exchange Portal.
  • Use the email address used for purchase and your order number.
  • There will be no pickup charges for approved exchange requests.

Note: Any shipping charges, gift wrap charges, or other additional charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Exchange Conditions

  • Online purchases are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Item Condition

To be eligible for exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Not be worn, torn, altered, stained, or damaged.

Items failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Pick-Up Process

  • Exchanges are processed through home pick-up service.
  • A courier partner will collect the package from your delivery address within 3–5 working days after approval of the exchange request.

Exchange Availability

  • Exchange is available only for the same product in another size, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges for a different product, design, style, colour, or item are not permitted.
  • Exchange can be availed only once per order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Gift-wrapping products
  • Freebies or promotional items
  • Festive-season sale items
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • We will review the claim and provide a replacement for the same product where applicable.

Important Requirement

All exchange requests must include a clear unboxing video. Exchange requests submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.


Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including time, labour, installation costs, or craftsmanship charges.
  • The only resolution available, subject to approval and stock availability, is an exchange of the same product as per the terms mentioned above.
